• Any Misuse will be addressed by DMP (Dhaka Metropolitan Police) as per country’s prevailing Rules and Laws
• The Service depends on a number of component including Handset, GPS, SMS Service, and Internet connection hence Grameenphone and DMP will provide best effort service and will not be liable for service interruption and error occurred

Your panic alert will be received by nearest Police station and police control including the address and GPS location. Read help to learn more. Alert will contain you GPS location when available.

Safety Tips

• In case of fire outbreak :
  Ask for assistance by dialing 999 or the nearest Police Station phone number in case of sudden outbreak of fire.


• Personal security :
  DMP provides security to the person who reasonably shows ground to be protected.


• Money Escort:
  DMP provides Money Escort to citizens.


• Assistance to the victim :
  Providing security and assistance to the victim of criminal case is the prime duty of DMP. Victim just needs to contact DMP for his/her protection. DMP personnel also mentor the victims of criminal cases in legal matters.
